Outreach Team

I am a fourth year undergraduate student at Georgia State University pursuing a degree in public health. I will be continuing school to pursue an MPH in biostatistics so that I can pursue my dream career of becoming a biostatistician with an interest in healthcare policy reform. Last year, I started the Atlanta Ahlul Bayt Student Association with my friends and am currently the Vice President for ABSA Atlanta. Through this organization we have propagated the message of Shia Islam and have given back to the community. Additionally, I am the head youth protest organizer in which I coordinate Al-Quds rallies and other protests throughout the year. I consider myself to be a part of every community center- Dare Abbas, Fatima Zahra Center, and Zainabia IEC. I am currently a Sunday school teacher at Fatima Zahra Center. In my free time I write poetry, recite urdu eulogies about the Ahlul Bayt (as), paint, and hike at my favorite parks.
